PURPOSE: To inject material to each cavity and to mold three members integrally by providing a diaphragm cavity of a desired shape and a speaker frame cavity to a molding die having a cavity able to accommodate an edge molded in advance.
CONSTITUTION: A cavity X1 accommodating an edge 1 is provided in a moving die K2, an injection cone cavity X2 of a diaphragm 2 is provided to the inside, and a speaker frame 3 injection cavity X3 is provided to the outside and gates G2, G3 are provided respectively to the cavities X2, X3. The edge 1 is made of a propylene group elastomer or the like and the diaphragm 2 is made of a composite of polypropylene group and the speaker frame is made of a fiber reinforced polyethylene telephthalate. Through the constitution above, the three members are subject to injection molding integrally altogether, the manufacture process is simplified and the performance and quality are uniformed.
