PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing an adhesive foamed sheet which has heat resistance and cushioning property, excellent adhesions between an adhesive layer and a foamed sheet and between the foamed sheet and a core material, and can be manufactured under a condition of comparatively low temperature.

CONSTITUTION: An un-foamed sheet consisting of polypropylene resin having a thermal decomposition type foaming agent is heated to 40-80°C. At least on its one face, a heat fusing adhesive consisting of ethylene-ethyl acrylate- maleic anhydride copolymer is melted, extruded, and laminated. After it is laminated with pressure by a cooling roll having a surface temperature of 50-80°C, it is heated to above the decomposition temperature of the thermal decomposition type foaming agent so as to make it foamed.
