Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a manufacturing method with which a high Br and iHc anisotropic ferrite magnet can be manufactured in a stable manner.
CONSTITUTION: This anisotropic ferrite magnet is manufactured as follows: calcined raw material is crushed into fine powder, and after this fine powder has been molded in a magnetic field, a main calcination is conducted thereon. Fine powder of 50 to 80wt.% of 0.6 to 1.0μm in average grain diameter and the annealed powder of 20 to 50wt.% obtained by annealing the above-mentioned fine powder at 500 to 800°C are mixed and the mixture is used as the fine powder which is molded in a magnetic field.
