Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture an epoxy resin decorative board having a decorative layer with high abrasion resistance and high scratch hardness.
CONSTITUTION: A laminated material obtained by impregnating and drying a fiber base with epoxy resin varnish to which one % or higher of ultraviolet beam-curable resin containing an ion polymerization photoinitiator is added is stacked on a core laminated material. Then these materials are thermally pressed and the decorative layer 1 of the molded board is irradiated with ultraviolet beam.
