PURPOSE: To obtain an artificial marble molding with an excellently finished appearance having no luster unevenness of air bubbles or like defects in its surface by performing mold-release in a state of a thermoplastic resin skin film in close contact with the molding, and permitting it to be hardened through heat.
CONSTITUTION: On the mold surface of a mold 1, thermoplastic resin solution is applied and then dried in order to form a thermoplastic resin film 2, and thereafter a thermoplastic resin composite is poured therein, and a cast molded product 3a is cured and then mold-released, and subsequently a semicured molded product 3b having the thermoplastic resin film closely stuck thereto is taken out to be subjected to further heat curing, resulting in obtaining a fully cured molding 3c.
