Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a high-strength and nice looking plate-like artificial stone.
CONSTITUTION: First, a raw material B is injected into a bottom force A, and a top force E having a projecting part (a) formed at a corresponding reinforced spot of an artificial stone C is placed right on the bottom force A to cure the raw material B. Further, the artificial stone C with a recessed part 3 formed by the projecting part (a) is removed from the die. In addition, the small amount of the raw material B is poured into the recessed part 3, and a metal reinforcing plate 5 coated with FRP 4 on the entire surface is introduced into the die. After that, the die is filled with the raw material to form the recessed part 3 at the same level as the rear surface C1 of the artificial stone C. Thus a method for manufacturing the artificial stone by curing the entire surface is obtained.
