Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide wearing parts used for tooth parts for drilling and dredging and a crushing roller.
CONSTITUTION: This manufacturing method of bimetal casting parts is executed by casting an insert 24 in a first mold and putting the cast insert in a second mold and casting a cast article 20 in the surrounding of the insert in the second mold. The durable service life and the performance are improved with the synergetic effect of the insert 24 excellent in wear resistance and the portion 20 of machinable material having large malleability.
