PURPOSE: To mold various kinds of box bodies, different in the structure of connecting terminals, by one mold by a method wherein a part of the molding mold is constituted of a detachable block and a part of a cavity, corresponding to the connecting terminals, is defined by the block while the other blocks, to be corresponded with the difference of kinds of connecting terminal structure, are attached to the mold arbitrarily.
CONSTITUTION: In case the block 7 is attached to the top force 3, the cavity 6, defined in the mold 5, is provided with 4 pieces of holes for the connecting terminals by the protuberances 10 of the block 7 and the box body of a telephone having 3 sets of slave machines may be molded. On the other hand, in case the block 7 is removed from the top force 3 by loosening screws 9 after removing the mold 5 from plattens 1, 2 or the like and the block 7A is attached to the top force 3 instead of the block 7, the cavity 6A, defined in the mold 5, is provided with 9 pieces of holes by the protuberances 10A of the block 7A and the configuration of the box body is changed to the box body for 308-type main device having 8 sets of slave telephones. Then, the resin is introduced into the cavity 6A through a gate 12 under this condition in order to mold the 308-type main device.
