PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of a kink of a braided electric wire and the collapse of a braided tube and stably manufacture them at a low cost by providing a means to prevent braiding threads from fastening and pressurizing the extruded electric wire when braiding the extruded tube or the extruded electric wire with braiding threads.
CONSTITUTION: When an extruded tube or an extruded electric wire 1 is to be braided with braiding threads 3, a bar material 4 or a tube material 6 preventing the braiding threads 3 from fastening and compressing the extruded tube or the extruded electric wire 1 immediately before the extruded tube or the extruded electric wire 1 is braided is provided. The extruded tube or the extruded electric wire is braided via the bar material 4 or the tube material 6. A kink of the braided electric wire 2 and the collapse of the braided tube generated during the surface treatment process can be almost completely prevented, they can be stably manufactured at a low cost.
