Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method of a brazed honeycomb panel which can strongly and surely join a shaped material and a core.
CONSTITUTION: A honeycomb core 3 is enclosed with shaped materials 1, 2, wave like spacers 4 clad with a brazing material are arranged between an opposite side of the shaped material 1 and the honeycomb core 3, and the spacers 4 and the shaped material 1 are brazed. The spacers 4 are installed between the cell surface of the shaped material side's end part of the honeycomb core 3 and the shaped material 1, they are intermit plural pieces without installing them between the cell surface and the shaped material 1. Further, plural fine holes or slits are provided on the spacer.
