PURPOSE: To facilitate the incorporation of an inner box and permit the automation of assembling by a method wherein the inner box is incorporated into the main body of an outer box, formed so as to have U-shape whose bottom or top and back parts are opened, while a bottom part, blockading the opened part of the bottom of the outer box, or a top plate, blockading the opened part of the top of the outer box main body, and a back plate, blockading the opened part of the back, are attached to the main body of the outer box.
CONSTITUTION: A material 1, on which flanges 3 are formed, is provided with heat dissipating pipes 4 bent so as to have an U-shape, to form the main body 5 of an outer box, whose bottom and back are opened. A dew preventing pipe 6 is attached to the main body 5 of the outer box temporarily and the main body 5 of the outer box is expanded to insert and incorporate an inner box 7 through the opened part at the bottom of the expanded outer box main body 5. The flanges 8 of the inner box is inserted into the flanges 3 of the main body 5 of the outer box. A bottom part 9, blockading the opening part at the bottom of the outer box main body 5, is attached to the main body 5 of the outer box while partitioning plates 10 are attached to the main body of the outer box as many as necessitated. Melt-seals 11 are applied on respective places of a connecting part between the outer box main body 5 and the inner box 7 as well as the connecting parts between the outer box main body 5 and the partitioning plates 10 while the back plate 12, blockading the opened part of the back part of the outer box main body 5, and an outer frame 13 are attached to the outer box main body 5. A space between the outer box main body 5 and the bottom plate 9, the back plate 12 as well as the inner box 7 is filled with expandable heat insulating material poured thereinto.
