Abstract:

To obtain a long size product which is excellent in linearity, dimensional precision, and surface smoothness.

In an extrusion molding system used for a manufacturing method of a cement long size extrusion molded building material, a receiving base 10 is arranged by the same length as that of a rail inside the rail 9, and an extrusion molder plant 1 is mounted on a truck 8 on the rail 9. A junction connection pipe 3 having a mouth piece 4 is connected to a tip of the extrusion molder. The junction connection pipe 3 is bent downward near to the receiving base 10, and further a guide 5 is provided to the mouth piece 4. The truck 8 on which the extrusion molder plant 1 is mounted carries out extrusion molding while it transfers in the arrow direction at a speed of 8.0m/min. Thereafter, the molded product is gently placed on the receiving base 10 with the guide 5. Then, it is cured and hardened. Thereafter, by cutting it with a cutter, a long size extrusion molded building material of 8m length is obtained.
