PURPOSE: To contrive to realize the exact transferring of cement plates by a structure wherein a wedge-shaped groove part is produced at the ear of a green plate when the green plate is cut through into predetermined shapes.
CONSTITUTION: A green plate 1, which is produced with apparatuses such as masking rolls and the like and has a thickness of 5W10mm, is cut through with a press into a large number of tiles 2, 2... having the predetermined shape. At this time, the portion of the tile 2 and the portion of the ear 3 are cut away. However, the wedge-shaped groove part 4 is produced simultaneously with the cutting-through at the rearmost position of the green plate. The crosssectional shape of the wedge-shaped groove part 4 is formed by an inclined plane consisting of a slope 5', the tilt angle θ1 of which is 45, and a slope 5", the tilt angle θ2 of which is 22W35. In addition, the preferable width of an opening 6 is about 5W10mm. Next, the green plate 1 is mounted on a conveyer 7 for a next process so as to be transferred. When the green plate 1 is transferred to a preset position, a sensor 8, which is a laser type one, infrared type one or the like, senses the wedge-shaped groove part 4, which is produced at the rearmost position of the green plate 1, resulting in stopping the actuation of the conveyer 7.
