Abstract:
To manufacture inexpensively a ceramic insert element and manufacture its female screw solidly and with good accuracy.
Raw material slurry is formed by adding a sub-component assisting sintering and water into aluminum oxide as a main component, and a material formed of the raw material slurry into which an organic binder and a dispersant are added is sprayed and granulated by a spray drier and granules 11 thus formed are molded into the given shape by using a molding tool in a hydrostatic pressure molding machine and then sintered. The range of molding pressure is 300-1,000 kg/cm2.
