To provide the manufacture of the chip antenna in which the print process is simplified and the manufacture cost is reduced.
A dielectric layer 11 whose major components are barium oxide, aluminum oxide and silica is laminated and printed, and a conductor pattern 13 having a feeding section 12 and whose major component is copper powder of almost L-shape is printed on the dielectric layer 11. After a dielectric layer 14 is printed on the left half, a dielectric pattern of nearly L shape is printed while its one end is overlapped on an end of the conductor pattern 13. Then after a dielectric layer 16 is printed on a right half, a conductor pattern 17 of nearly L shape whose one end forms a free end 18 is printed so that the other end is overlapped on the end of the conductor pattern 15. Finally a dielectric layer 19 is printed on the entire face and then the lamination is finished. Then the laminator is baked to obtain an integrated sintered body, a feeding terminal 22 is coated and baked to the feeding part 12 of the conductor 21 and baked to make the chip antenna 10 complete.
