The dissimilar material 3 is extruded and charged into the passage hole 12 for the dissimilar material in a state where a plug material 17 is arranged in the passage hole 11 for the material of the base metal. Next, after removing the plug material 17, an aluminum inserting material 20 is inserted and arranged and, by applying extruding force on the material 2 of the base metal charged in the container 13, the material 2 of the base metal is pressing joined to the inserting material 20 and also the materials 2, 3 in the passages 11, 12 for respective materials are pressure-welded to each other before passing through the bearing part of the extruding tool 5.
