PURPOSE: To obtain plural coils providing with terminals at single stroke by a method wherein after plural winding parts ar formed on a lengthy bobbin, a covering stencil paper providing with terminals having tongues is wound around on it bringing the terminals close to the cutting positions, and it is cut off into round slices.

CONSTITUTION: Conductors 3 are wound around a lengthy bobbin 10 having the length corresponding to plural coils forming a multilayer winding at every constant distance interlaying an insulating stencil paper 20 between every winding to form plural winding parts 6 in parallel, and an under pad 7 for terminals is fixed on one side of outer circumference using a binding tape, etc. A covering stencil paper 40 having the same width with the bobbin 10 is wound around the bobbin 10, and is fixed with a tape 8. Every two guiter-shaped terminals 5 having tongues 5a are provided previously on the stencil paper 40 corresponding to the location of the respective winding parts 6. Then the winding part 6 is cut off together with the stencil paper 40, and the tongues 5a are folded back and are connected to the end parts of the conductor 3 of the winding 6. By this way, it becomes suitable for the mass production of the stabilizer of fluorescent lamp, etc.
