Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate manufacture of a uniform color toned concrete material without depending on manual operation by a method wherein water-based pigment as a coloring material is used, its mixing ratio is so set as to obtain a required color, and it is automatically mixed.
CONSTITUTION: A water feed valve 24 and a valve 26 are opened, and a small amount of water is introduced into a mixing bath 27 from a feed water pipe 23. Then, water-based pigment is sent into a mixing bath 27 through a feed pipe 9 by an air pump 5 by opening a pneumatic valve 13. At that time, a measuring sensor 31 at an upper part senses a liquid surface of the mixed bath 27. When a specific amount of the water-based pigment is sent in, water- based pigment of a different color in a water based pigment tank 2 is sent in the mixing bath 27. Hereafter, the same operation is carried out for water- based pigment tanks 3, 4. When mixing of the water-based pigment is ended, air is sent into the mixing bath 27 from an air feed pipe 35 by opening a valve 36, and the water-based pigments are uniformely mixed with air bubbles. The uniformly mixed water-based pigments are discharged into a concrete mixer 30 from a discharge pipe 37 by opening a valve 38.
