In order to increase the motor characteristic revolution of a DC motor, the number of turns (windings) of electromotive force windings K wound on respective teeth 21a-21e is reduced from an original number [PX] to [Pk]. Corresponding to the reduction from [PX] to [Pk], the lengths of the windings are reduced, i.e., resistances are reduced. The reduced lengths of the windings are compensated by a number [Ps] of turns (windings) of connection wires S which do not contribute to an induced voltage.
