The method for manufacturing a concrete product comprises the steps of preparing a sheet 7 formed in an uneven shape corresponding to the uneven pattern surface 4 of a decorative mat 1 to cover the surface 4 of the mat 1 detachably engaged with the pattern of the mat 1, previously distributing and holding a colored particular material 6 via an adhesive layer 5 having sticking force reduced by the moisture in a concrete material 15 on one side surface of the sheet 7, covering the surface 4 of the mat 1 so that the sheet 7 distributed and held with the material 6 is directed toward the front side, placing a concrete material 15 with the distributed and held surface as a contact surface, curing and hardening the material 15, reducing the sticking force of the layer 5 according to the moisture in the material 15, and transferring and burying the material 6 to and in the surface of the product.
