Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a computer and to speedily correspond to a disturbance cause so as to improve a working rate by loading load information on a lot group to which a manufacture line is inputted and controlling equipment status informed from the autonomous operation computer. CONSTITUTION:A host computer for manufacture control 1 informs the autonomous operation computer 5 of lot information in manufacture equipment 2 and the computer 5 compares lot information with the cause owing to the priority of manufacture information of the lot group, a delay condition and stage- exchange and newly preserves notice lot information. When manufacture equipment 2 informs the computer 5 of work completion, the computer 5 informs the computer 1 of noticed work completion status information and the computer 1 controls results when a process terminates. When the change of equipment status is detected in manufacture equipment 2, the transition state is informed to the computer 5 and the processing of work status and the like is executed.
