Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve the inconvenience in which the decorative face of a plate becoming dirty by protruded adhesive must be repaired without injuring it, when two plates are let adhere into an L-shaped section so as to manufacture a corner member.
SOLUTION: The end part of one plate 2 is obliquely cut extending from the back to the end face 2c so as to leave a part of the end face 2c, and the end part of the other plate 3 is obliquely cut extending from the back to the end face 3c so as to leave a part of the end face 3c. Next, the cut faces 2d, 3d of the plates 2, 3 are let adhere with each other by adhesive 5 so as to form a V-groove 6 formed out of the end faces 2c, 3c of the plates 2, 3. After hardening the adhesive 5, a corner angle part 1a is cut so that the adhesive 5 protruded from the cut faces 2d, 3d of the plates 2, 3 and hardened is removed.
