Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the manufacture of a crosslinked polyolefin resin foam, which has a fine surface and excellent heat resistance, moldability and productivity and can manufacture not only a thin article but also a thick article.

CONSTITUTION: A crosslinked polyolefin resin form is manufactured in such a manner that the sheet of a silane-grafted polyolefin resin composition containing a foaming agent is laminated on both surfaces or one surface of the sheet of a polyolefin resin composition containing a foaming agent and a chemical crosslinking agent, and exposed under aquatic environment or aquatic environment, in which a silanol condensation catalyst is dispersed, and the whole is heated and foamed.
