PURPOSE: To eliminate an uneven electrode by constituting an inner semiconductive layer of a semiconductive layer premold unit to be applied on a conductor joint by opening an axially extending cut part, and an insulation sheet wound around the semiconductive layer premold unit and molded.
CONSTITUTION: An inner semiconductive layer is constituted of a semiconductive layer premold unit 5 to be applied on a cable conductor joint 2 by opening an axially extending cut part, and an insulation sheet 6 wound around the semiconductive layer premold unit 5 and molded. According to the constitution, cut part in the semiconductive layer premold unit 5 is covered with the insulation sheet 6 after assemblage resulting in elimination of uneven electrode.
