PURPOSE: To form a molded cured body having high texture by arranging a design transfer material having an irregular surface pattern of elastic compound material on a bottom face of a molding formwork, injecting high strength close- grained mortar thereon, autoclaving it for curing, and hydrating the mortar for setting.
CONSTITUTION: On a bottom face 1a of a molding formwork 1, a design transfer material 2 is provided. On the surface of the transfer maternal 2, a polyurethane rubber of a synthetic elastic compound material having an irregular pattern of natural sandstones is arranged. A high strength closegrained mortar is injected into the formwork 1 so as to form a first layer 4 and the irregular pattern is transferred to the bottom face of the first layer 4. The mortar is injected on the first layer 4 so as to form a second layer 5. The molding formwork in which the first and second layers 4 and 5 are injected is put in a primary curing tank so as to cure it. The curing temperature is controlled to 20-25°C so as to hydrate and cure uniformly. The cement cured body is taken out from the formwork 2 and cured by an autoclave at 180°C, so that a molded piece having excellent dimensional stability can be obtained.
