PURPOSE: To very simply and economically manufacture a decorative concrete loaded block, beyond the surface of which various sized decorative aggregate is protrusively arranged, with hardly generating waste material.

CONSTITUTION: Thixotropic inorganic or organic compounded filler 3 is arranged in advance at the position, at which the decorative surface of a block is formed in a forming mold 1. Next, after various sized decorative aggregate 4 is properly dispersedly positioned on the compounded filler 3 under the condition that some part of the decorative aggregate 4 are respectively imbedded in the compounded filler 3 by proper depth, concrete 5 is placed on the decorative aggregate and the resultant assembly is cured. After the hardening of the concrete 5, the mold is removed so as to produce a block. Finally, by giving vibration to the block, the compounded filler is removed, resulting in easily completing the decorative concrete loaded block B.
