PURPOSE: To obtain clear three dimensional feeling without occurrence of contaminant adhesion by integrally laminating a printed polyvinyl chloride film, a glossy polyester film partially matt-finished and an arbitrary sheetlike base in the order of the sheetlike base, the polyvinyl chloride film and the polyester film.

CONSTITUTION: One surface of a polyester film 1 is provided with the buster like a mirror surface, and on this glossy surface a print is achieved with water soluble ink 2. In this state, it sand blast working is applied to the total surface, the part where the water soluble ink does not exist, is worked into matt-finish. The printed surface or the unprinted surface of a polyvinyl chloride film 3 is stuck to the unworked surface of the polyester film 1 having been matt- finished. The surface of the polyvinyl chloride film 3 by the laminated film thus obtained, is stuck to the arbitrary base 5 such as a steel sheet. Then, in order to protect the surface of the polyester film 1, the film is coated with a curable resin 6, and it is cured, thereby obtaining a decorative laminated sheet. Consequently, the decorative laminated sheet excellent and clear in three dimensional feeling due to the difference between glossy-effect and matte effect, and moreover having no adhesion of contaminant, is produced.
