Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method wherein the enclosing-sealing of a low heat conductive gas in a space in order to form a heat insulating layer is performed while surely keeping air-tightness, and the work is reduced and simplified, in the manufacturing method of a heat insulating article of a double wall, comprising internal and external wall bodies made of a synthetic resin which are arranged across a heat insulating space.
SOLUTION: An internal wall body 2 and an external wall body 3 made of a synthetic resin are arranged across a heat insulating space 4 (8), and integrated for an heat insulating article 1 of a double wall, and after a gas of a low heat conductivity is filled to a specified pressure through a gas introducing port 3b which communicates with the space 4, the synthetic resin around the gas introducing port 3b is heated and molten, and thus, the gas introducing port 3b is molten and fused, and closed and sealed.
