CONSTITUTION: A panel 10 having a hollow double wall structure is molded in a mold out of amorphous resin, the linear thermal expansion coefficient of which is 90×10-6/°C or less and the thermal deformation temperature of which is 70°C or higher. After the panel 10 is taken out of the mold, paint 17A prepared by dispersing solids, which are flaky nickel and granular carbon mixed in the ratio of 90:10-55:45, in resin-based binder is charged in the hollow 13 of the panel 10. After that, excess paint 17A is discharged and then paint film is dried.
