Abstract:
PURPOSE: To establish a method for fabricating an electron emitting element simply and with good yield.
CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacture is for an electron emitting element having between electrodes 4, 5 a conductive film 3 wherein an electron emission part 2 is provided. The film forming process for the conductive film consists of applying an organic metal complex solution to the board surface side where the electrodes 4, 5 are installed, irradiating the gap between the electrodes 4, 5 with a laser beam, and washing the base board 1.
