Abstract:

PURPOSE: Carbonyl Ni powder is treated in the unoxidizing atmosphere by a ball mill to be adhered to the cathode surface and the coating with alkaline earth oxide is done at the fixed density, thereby preventing the deformation of the cathode by breaking of the oxide.
