Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture enameled wall panel, the warpage and discoloration of which are prevented from developing and which has enough strength.
CONSTITUTION: The front surface of an enameled wall panel 1 after burning is installed on a table 2 and a reinforcing sheet 1e is arranged through adhesive on the rear surface of the panel. The pressure P of 150-200kg/m2 is applied from the rear surface side of the reinforcing sheet 1e for bonding so as to correct the heat deformation of the panel at time of burning.
