Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the planar distortion for stabilizing the width dimension of a grid body, and improve the quality of pole plate by making the track distance of the part laterally expanded by successively enlarging a slit provided on a thin plate which is substantially equal to the track distance of a part having no slit.
SOLUTION: A strip thin plate having a slit is laterally expanded to form a lath mesh, whereby a grid body is formed. The track distance of the part laterally expanded by successively enlarging the slit to the thin plate, where the slit to the thin plate is set substantially equal to the track distance of the part having no slit. A bending point is provided so that the track advancing in the center becomes a largest point in the position where the outermost side enlargement of the grid body to be laterally expanded is ended to three- dimensionally expand the grid body. The track distance advancing in the center part of the expanded grid body is equal to the track distance advancing the outermost side to resolve the wrinklings due to flat distortion. Thus, the width dimension of the grid body is stabilized, the regulation of the manufacturing conditions is facilitated, and the quality of pole plate is improved.
