Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily obtain in a short period of time a female die of optional size which has patterns of natural stone and can be freely formed and to manufacture a GRC decorative panel which is of large size and variety, and produces very high decorative effect in a short period of time, avoiding complicated processes.
CONSTITUTION: A unit primary basic pattern having a pattern of a female die which is transferred from the surface of a rock using a silicone resin or the like is prepared, and a pattern of a male die of optional size is formed on a wet raw plaster or clay, using the unit primary pattern, to manufacture a secondary basic pattern 2. Urethane elastomer is sprayed onto the surface of the pattern 2 in a wet state, cured, and removed to manufacture a female die. Fiber reinforceds concrete is filled into the female die, cured, and removed to obtain a glass fiber reinforced concrete decorative panel.
