PURPOSE: To obtain the manufacturing method of fiber reinforced cement plate, which can shown enough strength even when pulp fiber or the like is employed in the case that asbestos-free molded body is produced by dry method.

CONSTITUTION: In the manufacturing method of cement plate, the major compounding stock of which consists of cement, siliceous stock, pulp fiber and the like, the mixture of the cement having its specific surface area by blaine of 3,000-3,500cm2/g and the cement having its specific surface area by blaine of 5,500-6,500cm2/g at the mixing ratio of 6:4-5:5 is employed as the cement stock and the mixture of three kinds of powdered silicas different in particle diameter or of the silica having its specific surface area by blaine of 2,800-3,500cm2/g, the silica having its specific surface area by blaine of 9,000-11,000cm2/g and silica fume at the mixing ratio of 3:4:2.5 to 3.5:4:3 is employed as the siliceous stock. Then, in the following process, after the above-mentioned stocks are mixed with other mixing stock such as pulp fiber or the like, the resultant mixed stocks are sprayed in layer on forming belt and applied with high frequency vibration for 5-10sec and molded into plate-like body by dry method and cured under the condition that stone wall effect is shown due to different particles in particle diameter so as to heighten the packing density of the stocks.
