To eliminate a sense of incongruity at a sense of hitting with the entirety made of the same material, by winding and laminating a prepreg of fiber-reinforced plastic on a mandrel and an outer periphery of a pipe material inserted into a core bar, and thereafter bending them and mounting member in a predetermined shape at a removing position where the bar is removed.
A pipe material 4 made of aluminum material having high spreadability and an outer diameter substantially equal to that of an end of a mandrel 1 is inserted into a core bar 3 mounted at an end of the mandrel 1. Several sheet-like prepregs 5 fixed by epoxy resin as matrix material are wound and laminated on peripheral surfaces of the material 4 and mandrel 1 in such a manner that many carbon fibers are arranged in a predetermined direction to form a raw tube 50. A lapping tape 6 is spirally wound on an upper surface of the tube 50 as a clamping member. Then, the bar 3 is drawn from the material 4. The material 4 and the tube 50 of a part supported by the material 4 are bent in a desired shape, and heated to be cured. And, then, the mandrel 1 after the heating and curing is drawn to an end bending FRP tube.
