PURPOSE: To perform molding of all shapes, deep drawing by forming a molding sheet made of a thermoplastic resin on one side surface of a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin layer, heating the resin of the sheet, filling the sheet in an entire mold, and disposing the sheet along a mold surfaces by vacuum molding, thereby shaping it.

CONSTITUTION: A molding sheet S is formed by laminating a skin layer 2 made of thermoplastic resin to be crosslinked at least on one side surface of both surfaces of a reinforced layer 1 made of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin. The obtained sheet S is heated until the resin of the layer 1 is melted. The sheet S after heating is so charged in molds that the skin layer side becomes inside, and the sheet S is shaped along mold surface by pressure forming. Thus, the skin layer having larger tensile strength than that of the reinforced layer at the molding temperature and excellent stretching characteristics is molded while the reinforcing layer is being stretched.
