PURPOSE: To make the tension and pitch constant for every turn by providing tension on a filament while rotating a filament holder thus performing the winding.
CONSTITUTION: Notches 3 are made in two facing sides 2, 2 of filament holder 1 made of ceramic while a filament supporting chip 5 for stopping the filament end is provided on the other two facing sides 4, 4. One end of filament is stopped to the supporting chip 5 while a weight 9 is fixed at the other end. A supporting member 1 is fixed at one end 10 of rotary container 6 and a filament 8 is wound while rotating a handle 7 thus rotating the supporting member 1. Since a weight 9 is fixed at the other end of filament 8, constant tension is applied continuously on the filament. Consequently every turn of filament is wound with predetermined tension and the pitch is not disturbed because the tension is constant.
