Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce man power and to improve accuracy by manufacturing a hydraulic control machine part through fine casting and hot static molding.
CONSTITUTION: A fluid pressure control part is made of a spool hole 1, fluid pressure transmission hole 2 and a casing 3. Two split parts of fluid pressure control part are made through fine casting then the flat face section is finished. Then they are put one upon another and pressed through hot static molding method to eliminate defects contained in the casting and jointed integrally.
