Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade interlayer adhesive properties, heat resistance, mold releasabilty, surface smoothness, durability and the like by coating the inner surface of a cylindrical mold with a fluororesin powder, baking it, forming a fluororesin film, then inserting a roller base material, injecting a rubber material into a gap to the film, and vulcanizing it.
SOLUTION: The inner surface of a cylindrical mold 1 is coated with a fluororesin powder, baked, a fluororesin film 2 is formed, and a roller base material 3 is inserted in a hollow part of the mold 1 by centering both. Then, an unvulcanized rubber 4 is injected in a gap between the film 2 and the material 3, vulcanized, and a vulcanized rubber layer is formed. In the case of a liquid-like silicone rubber, it is thermally vulcanized. As the method for injecting the rubber, injecting, extruding or the like is used. Thereafter, the base material is drawn from the mold 1 together with the fluororesin film and the vulcanized rubber layer. Thus, a fluororesin coating roller 5 on which the rubber layer and the fluororesin layer are sequentially formed is obtained on the material 3.
