Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance releasability of a foamed sheet, require no releasing paper even when an adhesive agent is applied to the sheet and enable the same to be produced at low cost by laminating a thermoplastic resin film on the foamed sheet to press them against each other and embossing the face of said film.
CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting silicone resin composition 2 is applied to one face of a thermoplastic resin film 12 e.g. a polyethylene film. The face to which said composition is applied is directed outward, and, while making the thermoplastic resin film 12 chose to the face of a foamed sheet 11 made of a thermoplastic resin composed of a polyurethane resin, a polypropylene resin, etc., the thermoplastic resin film 12 and the foamed sheet 11 composed of polyethylene are simultaneously heated to set the thermosetting silicone resin composition 2 and form a release layer 21. The surface of the foamed sheet 11 is melted, and the thermoplastic resin film 12 and the foamed sheet 11 are laminated on each other and pressed against each other. Then, the film is embossed by an embossing roll 51.
