PURPOSE: To manufacture the titled a product excellent in strength at seam-welded part and withstanding in retort pasteurization temperatures by a method wherein both outer layers are composed of a thermoplastic resin excluding LDPE and the intermediate layer of a laminated sheet of paper and aluminum foil is seam-welded at the rounded and lapped ends to make a container.
CONSTITUTION: Thermoplastic resins (e.g.; HDPE, polypropylene, PET, etc.) excluding LDPE are used for both outer layers of a laminated sheet and the intermediate layer is composed of paper, aluminum foil sheet 2 and they are seam-welded at both their rounded and lapped ends to form into a cylinder 1. Both upper and lower openings of the cylinder 1 are choked by cover bodies 3 made of aluminum foil each inner surface of which is covered with the same kind of synthetic resin as the resin of said laminated sheet 2 to obtain the container.
