Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a forming die having fine unevenness of high accuracy and superior releasability by forming a film on the forming surface of the forming die for forming diaphragm parts for a speaker by composite plating in an electrolytic soln. prepd. by dispersing fine particles of a fluorine compound in an Ni plating bath. CONSTITUTION:Fine particles 2 of the fluorine compound are dispersed in an Ni plating bath 1 and enveloped in Ni plating 3 to form composite plating 5. The forming die 4 is immersed in the plating bath 1, and the film 6 is formed on the surface of the die 4 by composite plating using the die 4 as a positive electrode and the composite plating 5 as a negative electrode. The formed film 6 is very thin and has high wear resistance and releasability.
