Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing an fθ glass lens at low costs and with high form precision.
A glass material which is preliminary-processed in a form similar to the form of a final product is placed between molding molds 6, 13 which were processed in form precision and surface precision necessary for a lens surface having aimed optical characteristics, the glass material is heated at a prescribed temperature by a controller 28 and a lamp unit 19 and press-molded so that the state of the mold is transferred. The molded body obtained by the transfer is cooled, and an fθ glass lens having a lens surface with aimed optical characteristics is molded.
