Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of manufacturing a glove with a protective member which enables the mounting of the protective member simply and accurately at a part corresponding to a fourth finger of the glove to improve working efficiency in the manufacture of the glove with the protective member.
CONSTITUTION: There are a first process to produce an original form A of a glove which comprises a palm side 1 except for a thumb part of the glove and the back side 2 of the glove having a fourth finger part 2d continued to a fourth finger part 1d of the palm side 1 and separated with a third finger part 2c and the fourth finger part 2d, a second process to mount a protective member 3 on the palm side 1 of the original form of the glove and at a part corresponding to the fourth finger part of the back side 2, a third process to fold back the original form A of the glove on the boundary 5 of the fourth finger parts 1d and 2d of the palm side 1 and the back side 2 and a fourth process to join the third finger part 2c and the fourth finger part 2d of the back side 2 separated in the first process.
