CONSTITUTION: A golf ball G is molded with half-split dies 1a, 1B, and the burrs 6 generated at the seam portion corresponding to a die connection section are cut and removed with a high-speed fluid injected from a nozzle 10. The nozzle 10 is fixed, the golf ball G is rotated, and the high-speed fluid 11 is injected from the nozzle 10 to only the burrs 6 protruded from the surface of the golf ball G. The cutting of the surface of the golf ball G at the portion other than the burrs 6 can be prevented, the buff width is narrowed, adjacent dimples above and below the burrs 6 can be prevented from being cut, and the reduction of the flight performance caused by the cutting of dimples can be prevented. The buff width is narrowed, the appearance of the golf ball G is improved, and its merchandise value can be increased.
