CONSTITUTION: For a cylindrical body 1 of a raw material, plural cylindrical tubes different in diameters are built in the internal part of a long-length cylindrical tube 2, and the cylindrical tube for an external tube made of a stainless, etc., is made into an external frame. In the external cylindrical tube, a cylindrical tube 3 for channel, cylindrical tubes 4a and 4b for light guide, a cylindrical tube 5 for image guide, a cylindrical tube 6 for air and water feeding and a cylindrical tube 7 for fixing to be fitted between respective cylindrical tubes are inserted. The above-mentioned long- scale cylindrical body is cut in a necessary length as a head composing part with an electrically-driven cutter, etc. Since the cut cylindrical body can be used as the head composing part main body in a condition as it is, only by repeatedly cutting the cylindrical body in the necessary length, plural head composing part main bodies can be easily and inexpensively manufactured from the long-length cylindrical body.
