Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the manufacturing cost of an aluminum heat exchanger forming black film on the surface.

CONSTITUTION: To the brazing part of the heat exchanger 1 assembling a heat exchanging tube 2 and fins 3, 3, fluoride base flux is applied by using polybutene as a dispersion medium. The heat exchanger 1 is laid on a conveyor 4 and sent into a heating furnace 5. Hydrocarbon gas generated by sublimating the polybutene, is blown to the heat exchanger 1 after brazing through a gas feeding pipe 7. As a result, to the surface of the heat exchanger 1, fine carbon particles separated from the hydrocarbon by action of fluorine are stuck and this surface changes to black.
