PURPOSE: To improve pressure resistance by manufacturing a hose having thermoplastic resin as an outer layer by a small number of processes by a method wherein an inner tube rubber layer is extrusion molded on an inner peripheral side of a braiding reinforced layer just after being separated from a mandrel, the inner tube rubber layer is vulcanized, and an outer surface of a molded product is coated by a thermoplastic resin thereafter.

CONSTITUTION: A reinforced layer raw material 6 drawn out from a braider 1 is formed in a braiding reinforced layer 8 on a mandrel 7, and successively sent out from the mandrel 7. Besides, an inner tube rubber layer 10 extrusion molded between an inner diameter molding mouthpiece 9 and the mandrel 7 is pushed onto an inside of the braiding reinforced layer 8 just after the layer 8 is separated from the mandrel 7 and integrated into a molded product 11. Then, tensile force is made to act on the molded product 11, its proper dimensional adjustment, angular adjustment of the braiding reinforced layer 8, etc., are carried out, and a vulcanized molded product 12 is formed by vulcanizing the inner tube rubber layer 10. Thereafter, the vulcanized molded product 12 is cooled, and its outer surface is coated by a thermoplastic resin with a resin extruder or the like.
