PURPOSE: To impart press workability and high sharp picturing, and to improve spot weldability by laminating a dull-worked skin material on an internal surface and manufacturing a damping steel plate and carrying out skin pass to the steel plate.
CONSTITUTION: The shot dull worked or electric discharge machined surfaces of two skin material coils are laminated with a resin, and driven away from a payoff reel so as to be inward directed. Bright surfaces 1b, 2b are directed outside and dull worked surfaces 1a, 2a are directed inward in skin materials 1 and 2. The insides of the skin materials are coated with a damping resin 3 and the resin is dried in a process (b). Or a separately prepared resin film is held in place of application, and the skin materials 1, 2 are superposed. A damping steel plate is manufactured through a deaeration contact bonder, a heating holder, etc., and skin-passed by laser dull rolls 4.
